The system will allow citizens to conduct online transactions for required occupational and business licenses. A common statewide licensing solution reduces the costs and efforts needed to create licensing solutions for individual agencies. The system must be implemented by June 30, 2015. This resource will part of a small team of Salesforce administrators/developers working on individual agency implementations of salesforce.com (SFDC).
