*Description:*· Work with clients and prospects to comprehensively develop
pitch and strategy specifications around Technology services and solutions
· Apply strategic processes with regard for overall company market position
in developing business objectives, services, products, and proposals
· Convince clients of the benefits gained by the services provided based on
the merits of your plan and assured outcomes
· Remain current with latest trends and technologies in the web development
community
· Exhibit aggressiveness in the development of inventive strategies with
measurable results that provide long-term growth
· Ensure excellence in the software development life cycle through detailed
attention to each element and specialized focus on testing and quality
assurance
· Lead and mentor an in-house team of web development professionals and
coordinate efforts with external developers
· Lead by example, displaying a willingness to engage in team processes, a
strong work ethic and an attitude that fosters cooperation and mission
accomplishment
· Attract, develop and retain talent and support the development of the
company culture and employee engagement practices
· Provide clearly defined goals and plans of action in support of a team
direction that aligns strategic priorities
· Seek and consider input from team members and external partners as part
of decision process with a goal of shared awareness
· Give and receive criticism in a calculated and professional method with a
focus on the mutual exchange of ideas.

*Requirement:*
· 8-10+ years of programming and web development experience
· Diverse programming background, which may include experience with
Responsive Web Design, HTML, DOM, CSS, JavaScript, ActionScript, PHP, AJAX,
XML, SQL, ASO, Wordpress, Adobe, Seibel, and Oracle
· Experience building lead gen, e-commerce and content sites in the B2B,
healthcare, financial services and technology fields
· Flexible to shifting priorities and circumstances
· Exceptional foresight used to identify opportunities and threats through
critical analysis of current and future trends
· Intellectual curiosity used to keep skills and efforts ahead of trends
· Strategic thinking and vision that translate to effective guidance and
leadership.
· Role may require travel up to 25%
