Desired Experience : 5.00 yrs. General Description : Project planning, development, design, and support of Data Center/ Administration/ Plant Environment Power, Cooling, fiber and copper network cabling for Information Systems equipment. Requirements/Must Have : >Education and Experience - High School Diploma with at least some College - 2 to 5 years’ experience in Electrical Field - Experience with National Electric Code (NEC), electrical design, electrical controls, project planning, management, budgeting, and implementation - 2 to 5 years’ experience in maintaining, sizing, installation of - critical Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems 1 to 40 ton units. Air Cooled, Glycol, Chilled Water Systems and HYVAC monitoring systems - 2 to 5 years’ experience in fiber and copper network cabling - design. project Planning, management, budgeting, and Implementation - 2 to 5 years’ experience in design, project planning, management, budgeting, and implementation, critical systems i.e. Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), 1 to 800Kva units including battery systems, and UPS monitoring systems - 2 to 5 years’ experience in Structured cabling standards, codes, and Registered Communication Distribution Designer (RCDD) a plus Skills & Qualification : - Software Experience - Excellent Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, Visio, CAD, and PowerPoint skills. >Organizational Skills - Small, Medium, Large projects - Scheduling - Able to Multi-Task several projects - Manage multiple Vendors and Contractors - Personnel time management skills >Judgment/Decision Making - Appropriate decision making taking in consideration the short and long term affects - Self Motivated - Presentation Skills - Communication skills to explain reason behind decisions made to experienced and novice personnel Inside/Outside Relationships - Communication and Coordination skills with local and remote locations with skills to build long term relationships - Need to establish working relationships with outside vendors and on-site suppliers.
