3+ Months

Required Skill Set

·         At least 7+ years of IT experience.

·         *Strong written and Verbal Communication skills*

·         *Passion* in learning and developing using the latest
technologies, producing proof of concepts, design models and new research
areas in the market trends.

·         Ability to *lead by example* and be accountable for the team

·         Minimum *6 years* of strong experience working with *SQL
Server *(2005,
2008, 2012) including experience with stored procedures, views, functions,
performance tuning, complex joins, and security.

·         Minimum *6 years* of experience developing web based solutions
using technologies such as *ASP .NET MVC* (razor view), *VB* .Net, *C#*
.Net, *WCF*, *JQuery*, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, *AJAX*, and XML.

·         Minimum *3 years’* proven experience *architecting* solutions
using .Net framework

·         Ability to work with .NET framework 3.5, 4.0.,4.5 with Visual
Studio 2003, 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013.

·         Expertise in writing *Automated Unit tests *using *NUnit*

·         Ability to *deploy applications *on IIS 6.5 / 7 / 7.5 as
necessary.

·         Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills; ability to
think outside of the box.



Desired:

·         Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

·         Experience with *TFS* and *TFS ALM *

·         Experience working in an *Offshore – Onsite* Model is a huge plus

·         Great problem solving skills related to analyzing data
(potentially having to reverse engineer processes)

·         Experience in *Cloud Computing* (Windows Azure)

·         Experience in *Microsoft Dynamics CRM* is a huge plus

·         Experience in *Microsoft Dynamics AX* is a huge plus

·         Experience in *Oracle* DB design and programming experience is a
plus

·         Strong analytical and data reporting skills.

·         A passion for overcoming complex technical challenges

·         Individual will be responsible for leading a team of developers
and lead who could be from different verticals and should be able to
deliver results

·         Individual will be responsible for supporting multiple project
teams on all application design and development activities.

·         Individual will be responsible for architecting, designing,
developing and delivering multiple projects.

·         Individual should have passion on developing Proof of Concepts,
Creative Solutions for difficult delivery challenges and Research for new
trends, growth areas as a solution architect.

·         They would help drive the application design process with the
local resources and would be responsible for delivering the output on time
and with utmost quality possible.

·         Individual should be highly motivated and should have a passion
for delivering high quality output.

·         Individual should possess great communication skills and should
be able to work and communicate with local team and Off-Site team
effectively.

·         Stays up to date with IT technology issues, trends and
developments and communicates back to management and departments both
issues and opportunities.
