The *Data Analyst Manager *will lead the analytics team to define data
standards, identify data trends, and identify data commonality and
efficiencies within and between related MMIS systems
Local candidates preferred but not required.
Candidates should be direct to submitting vendor. No multi-layering.
Partner with Business Intelligence to ensure we are capturing user behavior
data in a way that is necessary to drive the best business decisions.
Partner with product managers, technical teams, and vendors to deliver on
department goals through innovation in a cross-functional setting.
Lead an analytics team that designs efficient and effective experiments,
analytical insights that drive business, collaboration, business problems,
user empathy, and collaboration.
• Implement Best Practices and Industry Standards in support of MMIS.
• Work with Key Stakeholders to gather requirements related to reporting
and data requests from internal and external clients.
• Design and develop the infrastructure related to data warehouse/data mart
applications to extract data from our application and/or other sources.
• Responsible for the identification of data items through research,
analysis, profiling, data mining, and data discovery of the source data.
• Design and develop complex SQL queries.
• Document data standards, requirement specifications, and business
processes.
• Assist in preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials
(reports, findings and presentations).
