*Position: Oracle Apps Supply Chain Business Analyst*

*Location: Cambridge, MA*

*Duration: 6+ Months*

*Position Description:*



The Supply Chain Business Analyst position is a contract role to work with
Supply Chain Business Users to gather and document reporting/data
requirements, develop Oracle ERP test cases and training materials.



This position will work closely with the delivery teams and is expected to
have strong SAP Business Objects universe and report creation skills.



Knowledge of Oracle EBS 11 and the underlying structures is preferred.
Knowledge of other versions of Oracle EBS or other ERP's would be
beneficial.



*Qualifications:*



·         Strong business analysis and user requirements gathering skills

·         Strong BOE XI universe and report development with DESKI or WEBI

·         Ability to operate independently though in coordination with team

·         Solid documentation and communications skills to interact with a
broader team

·         Oracle eBusiness Suite Application/Database model experience



*Additional qualifications a plus:*



Oracle EBS version 11/12 experience, particularly Oracle OPM, OM, ASCP,
iProcurement, etc

Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Applications



*Education:*



·         B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology (or equivalent
work experience)



*Position: Lead Supply Chain Support Specialist (Oracle).*

*Location: Cambridge, MA*

Our client is looking to add a Lead Supply Chain Support Specialist
(Oracle).



*Qualifications:*



·         At least 5 years of experience working hands-on and leading
efforts involving Oracle EBS supply chain applications

·         Strong understanding of information systems, business processes
and measures of success

·         Thorough understanding of technical and functional aspects of
Oracle EBS supply chain processes, Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Produce,
Procure-to-pay

·         Techno-functional expertise in several Oracle EBS (11i and R12)
supply chain modules such as OPM, OM, WIP, BOM, MFG, INV, PO, WMS, mobile
apps.

·         Oracle EBS application development experience in developing
extensions and objects using Oracle development tools, methodology and
framework required

·         Experience with partner collaboration/integration in the supply
chain area with partners such as CMOs, 3PLs etc. desired

·         Experience in EBS ecosystem applications such as Product Data Hub
(PDH), Product life cycle management (PLM) and Oracle Governance Risk &
Compliance (GRC) preferred

·         Working knowledge of Oracle financials preferred

·         Proven commitment to customer care, system availability,
reliability and issue resolution

·         This can include off-hours and on-call support to resolve system
incidents

·         Analytical/Creative Problem Solving

·         This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the
ability to independently troubleshoot as well as develop alternative
solutions to problems.

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Flexibility to work independently with minimal supervision, or
collaborate on a multi-disciplinary teams

·         ITIL foundation certification strongly preferred, ITIL process
specialty certification(s) desired

·         Six Sigma experience desired

·         Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle desired

·         Experience in a biotechnology/pharmaceutical company preferred
and is a definite plus

·         Prior experience in a GxP/Validated environment preferred and is
a definite plus

*Position Description:*



Build and test solutions; support solutions through entire SDLC (write
code, domain configuration). Code/develop to specification. Respond to
escalated support requests (Tier 2). Conducts unit testing of their own
work. Troubleshoot issues. Participate in project meetings/provide updates
to project team. Develop estimates for own work.



*Experience with system administration of the following products:*



Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2

Oracle Agile/PLM R9.3.3

Oracle GRC

Oracle WebLogic



*List of qualifications in order of preference:*



At least 1 year hands-on Oracle Agile/PLM R9.3.3 installation,
administration and support experience

At least 1 year hands-on Oracle GRC (AACG 8.6.5) installation,
administration and support experience

At least 2 years hands-on Oracle EBS (R11.5, 12.1, 12.2) installation,
administration and support experience



The resource will be responsible for installing, configuring and
troubleshooting issues for the 3 applications listed above. The resource
will also be responsible for coding/developing minor enhancements for the 3
applications listed above. The resource will assist in the integration of
the 3 products listed above with other internal enterprise applications
through a SOA platform.
