*Job Tittle : Genesys Engineer* *Location : Fort Worth, TX* *Duration : 10+ Months with extension* *Job Description:* The Genesys Sr. Engineer will serve as a primary point of contact with the client and needs to be able to act independently by providing hands on expertise and leadership of a virtual team as needed. This position is primarily responsible for design and test approach input as well as implementation integration to the contact center environment subsystems, which includes Virtual Hold, Sonus Session Border Controller (SBC), Nice IEX Work Force Management (WFM,) Aspect eWFM, Genesys Voice Platform (GVP), Hosted Nuance and GVP IVRs. The Sr. Engineer will work closely with the project managers and other engineers already engaged in the contact center projects. The Sr. Engineer is the client advocate and will interact with client support teams and vendors for to the hosted Genesys platform.
