Description Of Services: - Evaluate the newly established agile SDLC, including process, tools, team structure and operating mechanisms. Provide recommendations and partner with the client to optimize where applicable – iterate, test and continually optimize. - Partner with Client to establish overall agile program structure and related operating mechanisms, Identify priority productivity measurements metrics (executive and operational) and communications plan to manage the execution of this initiative. - Understanding and experience in Telecommunication industry is preferred.
