Description:
Act as the lead person in working with ITS staff and pertinent business
areas (Chief of Staff, Privacy, HIPAA Unit, etc). to gather business
requirements for IT policies and procedures
Work with ODM SMEs and other stakeholders to validate the high-level policy
requirements
Review and revise existing ODM IT policies and procedures
Document requirements for ODM IT policies and procedures based on HIPAA
Rules, NIST 800-53 Rev. 4, and State of Ohio IT policies and standards
Develop new IT policies and procedures

Candidate must have at least seven(7) years of
o   Experience conducting Facilitated Workshops for requirements analysis.
o   Experience creating workflows using formal notation such as the
Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).
o   Knowledge of formal requirements gathering methodologies.
o   Experience developing Business Requirements - project initiation
