Experience with Human Capitol Mngmt. Should have working knowledge of HR, payroll, TAM, Ben admin, and ELM modules Provides production support for PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM). Defines HCM processes, applying PeopleSoft best practice workflows and content to support Aurora business requirements. Maintains, troubleshoots, and develops application modules and interfaces. Designs, develops and unit tests medium to large project work. Leads developers to deliver targeted solutions in support of major project initiatives. Analyzes business requirements and workflow processes to align human capital technology with business requirements. Designs and configures changes using PeopleTools and other PeopleSoft configuration tools to perform fixes and enhancements consistent with PeopleSoft standards and application architecture. Collaborates with end users to understand requirements to design technical solutions that are in line with business needs while staying consistent with the application architecture. Translates functional requirements into technical specifications for process changes and analyzes complex production problems to advocate best solutions. Applies project management principles to create project plans that maintain strong focus on best practices, methodologies, detailed documentation, thorough testing, procedures/standards and quality assurance. Delivers targeted solutions in support of major project initiatives. Maintains PeopleSoft systems by performing PeopleSoft required system updates and periodic maintenance, and analyzes the impacts of vendor provided updates and upgrades to the system. Applies customization in conjunction with application patches and tools upgrades. Provides production support with analysis, design, programming and testing solutions to complex production problems. In collaboration with functional areas, gathers requirements, designs, builds, and tests production fixes and enhancements per client specifications. Develops approved reports, interfaces, conversion and online customizations. Creates requested documentation supporting system code, design and testing. Licensure, Registration and/or Certification Required None Required. Education Required Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field. Experience Required Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM database model, UNIX and Shell scripting. Ability to develop PeopleSoft interfaces into legacy and 3rd party systems.
