Conversant with monitoring technologies using JMX, Nagios, Wily, AppDynamics. * · Collaborate with Project teams, operations personnel, product managers, engineering groups and strategic partners to implement, help define support methodologies for new or transitioned platforms, and provide production support services. · SimCity Onsite o a.
