- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field - Minimum of 15 years of management/leadership experience in a software development organization; experience working with offshore teams strongly preferred - Must have at least 10 years of experience working through the design, development, release cycle, and delivering software products – demonstrated ability to lead and be responsible for all those tasks - A record of successful delivery of software applications as an individual, team leader and/or development manager - Strong understanding of the software development cycle and release methodologies - Strong leadership, project management skills, time management, and technical problem solving skills - Experience with managing the development of ERP systems, ideally with PeopleSoft - Strong experience with web services and web-based interfaces - Strong experience with relational database systems ideally Oracle - Willingness and ability to dive into and take responsibility for the resolution of software development and technical issues -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oraapps" group.
