- *7+ years’ experience with Software Testing and an Understanding of
STLC Disciplines*
- *5+ years of performance tools (Team foundation server and/or load
runner)*
- *experience Performance testing on*

- *custom web applications*
- *web services*
- *interfaces*
- *etls*
- *Database*
- *5+ years of overall testing (system, integration and regression)*
- *5+ years of experience testing web applications, portals, interfaces*
- *3+ years of using sql server 2008 or above for testing*
- *testing experience using team foundation server for test management*
- *experience using share point*
- *experience in analyzing issue root causes*
- *Effective and proactive communication skills*
- *good analytical skills*
*Desired:*
Collections and Recoveries Domain Expertise in a large organization
Experience with large enterprise class Collections Applications
Job Description *Role and Responsibilities*
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Design and develop automated performance test scripts using
performance test tool based on Navigation documents
- Execute load test, stress test and Endurance Test per Test plan
specifications
- Generate performance metrics
- Monitor web and application servers, CPU utilization, memory leaks
- Analyze the performance and application logs and pin point the issue
- Analysis of thread dumps and Heap dumps part of performance issues
triaging.
- Apply understanding to assess, identify and remediate latency,
capacity or efficiency issues at every layer of the overall application
- Perform system, integration, regression, smoke, UAT and other types of
testing as needed for the project.
- Participate in the design understanding and review sessions.
- Participate in peer review of test cases and scripts.
- Involve in continuous improvement programs.
*Qualifications and Education Requirements*
Bachelor or Master degree in COMPUTER AND INFORMATION SCIENCE or similar
Certification in Testing (optional)
