Location: Des Moines, IA Duration: 3 months Interview Method: Face-to-Face preferred -- Skype (if not local) Skill Set: Implementing ERP System (Global Solutions preferred) STARTED AN IMPLEMENTATION OF ERP SYSTEM CALLED “GLOBAL SHOP SOLUTIONS” IN JANUARY. THEIR MAIN ENGINEER QUIT LAST WEEK. THEY ARE LOOKING TO GO LIVE WITH THIS SYSTEM JULY 1ST. Responsibilities: - Managing and executing implementation of ERP system - Global Shop Solutions. - Responsible for completing Build up that began in January. - ERP system will be managing Financials, Inventory Control , and Displays. - Due to the acquisition of 2 companies- will be pulling data from multiple databases. - Responsible for training, Development, and Support. - Add Modules as needed. Requirements : - Experience Implementing ERP system – ideally Global Shop Solutions, but any other ERP system would suffice (some main competitors are SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Syspro, Aplicor) - Experience with SQL Server Database and Virtual Servers (they use VMWare but wouldn’t need to be VMWare experience) - Manufacturing background is a plus Company has been around for 13 years, 65 employees, 9 state region. Two main Businesses – Architecture Woodwork and Retail Fixtures. All the New Hy-vee’s and Kum and Go’s are done by them. Also does office stuff including Paul Rhoades office and other ISU buildings. Merger several companies together under the name Performance Display - Huston Manufacturing and ACS Millwork and CNS Graphics.
