*Position: Sr. Software Engineer* Location: King of Prussia, PA Duration: Long term Duration: 1-Year Software development is a craft requiring experience, curiosity, and passion. You will work directly with the Technical Lead who is responsible for overall project governance and solution design. You will be a critical part of the software development team, performing complex software system analysis, design, programming, bug verification and fixing, testing, and support. *Key Responsibilities:* Analyze, design, plan, and program complex software solutions Consistently create high quality software that meets design and requirements specifications on stated timelines Performs complex bug verification, testing, and program support for various products Provide technical assistance, mentorship and guidance to junior software developers *Critical Skills* - Strong application design and development skills - Expertise with Java and object-oriented concepts - Experience with relational database design and modeling - Experience working with various testing methodologies, including test-driven development (TDD), behavior-driven development (BDD), and unit testing (using JUnit / TestNG) - Experience with one of Tomcat, Websphere, or Weblogic application servers - Experience with Maven - Significant experience with UI development in HTML5, CSS, AJAX, and Javascript strongly preferred - Experience working with Single Page Application frameworks such as AngularJS - Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle in Agile environment - Familiarity with Hibernate and Java Persistence API (JPA) - Familiarity with relational database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server) - Familiarity with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), and understanding of RESTful and SOAP-based Web Services - Some healthcare industry experience is preferred *Additional Specialized Knowledge/Skills* - Experience with DevOps and related tools like Chef a plus - Passion for cutting-edge software design and development - Highly motivated and self-directed - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Keen attention to detail - Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities - Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment - Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment - Willingness to mentor and train other developers - Willingness to support resolution of escalated technical support issues *Education/Training * Bachelors or Master’s Degree; Computer Science, Engineering or Management Information Systems Thanks, Habeeb Work: 908-822-8515 Ext: 22 [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oraapps" group.
