Individual must have a proven record as a functional lead to give vision to solving the client PeopleSoft issues, map out steps to solve client’s issues, be able to create documentation that clearly explains your plan to solving problems, execute the plan within PeopleSoft, and organize necessary client and consulting team members to assist with the implementation plan. Must be able to work independently to manage own work load and give status to management frequently to ensure progress.
