Job Title: Sr. Oracle Application Developer Location: IL Start Date: ASAP Duration: (3) years, (36) months Travel Required: No Rate: $55/hr Skills/Certifications: Minimum of (5+) years experience with Oracle/Java programming. Practical experience with eCommerce applications development, Oracle OCP certification a plus, not required. Security Clearances: Standard pre-employment background check *Role Description:* ·Oracle Application programmer – Make changes to Oracle PL/SQL code. ·Database design for enhancements and new applications. ·Java Developer - Java, JSP, BC4J and JavaScript development and maintenance using JDeveloper. ·Documentation of changes, creation of change request documents and estimates. ·Source control of code and documentation using Visual Source Safe (VSS). *Tasks:* 1. Changed Mile Posts/ add new nodes for Toll Calculator & Missed Tolls. Instructions on Mile post changes are in SourceSafe inPhase4\Design\tollcalc\. The original instructions written by Weston Morris are in the document 1How2AddNewNodes.doc. Notes from other changes I did are in TollCalc Changes Nov 2007.doc and \Phase4\Design\tollcalc\CR_79 Milepost Changes. .Net application needs to be run on developer machine. 2. Update PL/SQL Code & write new when needed. 3. Creation/Maintenance of BC4J, Java, JSP, CSS, and JavaScript code for the web interface. 4. Communicate with Govolution on changes to credit card payments interface (Vlink.java) 5. Deploy web application and database changes to Oracle Application server and Oracle Database. 6. Investigate and resolve issues as they occur. Elementool is used to report issues. 7. Encryption of CC#’s in the db using ETC’s encryption code. Also Driver’s License encryption code, but this has not been deployed to production. Encryption documentation can be found in SourceSafe at Phase4\Database Schema\PCI Encryption. 8.
