Role Requirements
We have an immediate need for a project manager for a project. The project
is to modify current Order-to-Cash systems and processes in the following
areas:
1. Reporting – sales and earnings – expanding feeds between ecommerce
and OTC systems to include channel, sales rep, and bundle data providing
customer, sales rep, and royalty reporting
2. Develop Multi-currency billing (GBP) – this is a critical revenue
driver
3. Address manual order entry issues
4. Handle alternate payment methods – to facilitate online purchases
of digital and bundled product
Required:
- Project Management experience in order to cash and revenue recognition
systems
- Experience with digital subscriptions and/or OTC processes
- Experience in system and process change management
- Experience working with global teams
- Organized and assertive to meet project goals
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in formal PMO Environment
We do not need a very senior person, but the individual must have solid
project management skills and ability to take ownership and to work
somewhat independently. Our business process team will provide the
business analyst.
