We are looking for *Change Management Lead Consultants*. Details are as
below.



Location: *SFO*

Duration: *12 months*



Process and Change Management lead for the Records Management program. The
role assumes the same resource will cover process, change, communications,
and training. As a result, the associated activities will be balanced over
the duration of the project.



*Below are high level responsibilities of the Process & Change Management
lead.*



*1)     Define, validate and document processes for the Records
Management program. Work with stakeholders to align processes with feasible
work procedures. Create final documentation and facilitate business sign
off of new processes. Deliverables include:*

§  Business Process approach and work plan

§  As- Is Business Process documentation

§  To - Be Business Process documentation



*2)     Develop the Change Management & Communications approach and manage
the plan. Conduct stakeholder analysis and impact assessments. Facilitate
Executive Sponsorship and Engagement. Develop communication materials.
Deliverables include:*

§  Change Management & Communications approach and work plan

§  Stakeholder Assessment & Impact Analysis

§  Communication Materials (e.g. tailboards, newsletters, town hall decks,
executive sponsorship materials)

§  Conduct Monthly Change Health assessments



*3)     Develop training approach and manage the plan. Deliverables
include:*

§  Training Approach & Work Plan

§  Training Needs Analysis

§  Work with client resources to define training materials and manage
development of the training materials

§  Work with client resources to determine training schedule
