High call/transaction facility. -Analytics experience - performance etc. -Reporting intake process’s, enhance the process if at all possible. Recommendations., End up owning the process. - Strong Communication skills as the individual will be working with the Director and other users and business owners. - Automated reports - Process and procedures -JIRA will be used for back-end (workflows, gates etc) Strong documentation skills - Process/Procedures, Data Dictionary Project management skills are required. *Technical skills required.* SQL (Queries) Must be able to understand the code and be able to write some minimal code.
