*Job Title : .Net Developer Location : Torrance, CA Duration : 1-2 Years Rate : $40/Hr* We now need 7-8 WPF and 7-8 WCF .net 3.5 windows developers. Please make sure that the candidates you send have and show windows development on their resume. If the resume looks like a web developer they won’t even look at it. Also please make sure they have solid C# skills and have a very good grasp of Basic frameworks and OOPS. Lately no one can make it through to the WPF and WCF part of the interview because they are doing so badly on the C# side of things. On the WCF side they will also need to have some understanding of COM/COM+ and C++ as they will be converting the legacy systems over to newer technologies.
