*Please find the below requirement.* *Position: Mainframe Programmer/Analyst Level 3 - Tier II Assignment #141* *Location: 44-36 Vernon Blvd, LIC, NY.* *Job Description * Candidate must have a minimum of 8 years’ experience with the following: • Large scale integrated systems and DB2 database administration. • Candidate must have comprehensive, in-depth work experience with the Ventyx EAM named “Passport” (Versions 9 and 10), “Asset Suite” (Version 6, 7, 8) and its proprietary installation methodology. The Passport/Asset Suite system provides critical enterprise resource management for approximately 1200 schools in NYC by keeping track of all work projects and their component tasks and requirements. It also includes the scheduling of skilled trade teams, purchasing and warehousing of required materials, complex procurement management as well as accounts payable and contract management. • Must have working knowledge of CICS, DB2, VSAM, Unix systems services, SQL Server, QMF, IBM Utilities and Infomatica. Qualification Requirements: • Experience with Ventyx Passport, Asset Suite, Portal J, Foundation Architecture, and their support in a MVS DB2 environment. • Must be familiar with the Passport/Asset Suite System architecture which uses CICS and a thin Client - Portal J - running on Windows server with an Apache server using Tomcat for a servlet engine while working with Internet Explorer and Websphere. • Experience with Indus Knowledge Warehouse and Infomatica and their support in a SQL environment. • Support system maintenance of Passport/Asset Suite and IKW and the future upgrading of each. • Set up of new DB2 environments for the system. • Setting up and utilizing the Ventyx implementation methodology. • Resolving DB2 and Passport/Asset Suite architecture problems. • Maintaining existing and new Passport/Asset Suite development/Production regions. • Provides DB2 and programming support to other team members. • Monitoring database performance and fine-tuning of tables, buffering, administering security, recovering tablespaces and indexes, creating new tables. • Programming in Cobol II & Cobol III. • Production support (24x7) and documentation of all tasks in accordance with Department of Education standards. • Installation of Passport/Asset Suite and its front end, Portal/J and Foundation Architecture. • Migration of Passport versions to Asset Suite and Foundation Architecture. *Thanks & Regards,* Venu Boddupally *Active **Soft **Inc.* *|| *Accelerate Your Success || Phone: 404-496-4368 * 113 [email protected] www.activesoftinc.com <http://www.google.com/url?q=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.activesoftinc.com%2F&sa=D&sntz=1&usg=AFQjCNHcG41H--kjGyUwgLo_c8WgNoev2A> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oraapps" group.
