*Description*
*Minimum 2 years of Hadoop Admin experience required (3 or more years
highly desirable).*
*Minimum 5 years of IT experience required (7-8 years is highly desirable).*
*Detailed knowledge of Hadoop architecture and components required.*
*Detailed knowledge of HDFS, Mapreduce, Yarn, Hive & Oozie adminstration
required - Knowledge of both Hadoop 1 and 2 required. Excellent shell
script skill.*
*Knowledge of Ansible or Puppet highly desirable.*
*Experience with expect scripting highly desirable.*
*Detailed knowledge of Redhat or Oracle Linux system administration
required - Knowledge of Hortonworks HDP platform highly desirable.*
*Experience in Apache Ambari highly desirable.*
*Experience upgrading Hadoop 1 to Hadoop 2 highly desirable.*
*Kerberos implementation and administration experience highly desirable.*
*Java knowledge highly desirable.*
*Good verbal and written communication skills required.*
*Should be able to collaborate with multiple teams*
