Produces executive level reports for projects and department specific metrics ? Collects and analyzes data for software process evaluation and improvements, and integrates them into business processes to address the business needs ? Documents all problems and assists in their resolution ? Delivers quality process training to technical staff and acts as an internal quality consultant to advise or influence business or technical partners ? Performs quality audits across the various IT functions to ensure quality standards, procedures and methodologies are being followed. ? Gathers, refines and validates complex business requirements, interdependencies, potential risks and issues to translate them into test artifacts, including detailed test cases ? Assists in the business process design or redesign and documentation as needed ? Knowledge and experience in understanding, documenting, and training on SDLC and the Test Life Cycle processes ? Experience working with external teams to mentor them and coach them in QA and Test best practices ? Project coordination/Project management experience ? Knowledge and experience performing analysis, forecasting, and reporting on resource/staffing demand ? Perform traceability of requirements to test cases ?
