Experience of Siebel integration tools, VBC's and Web Services Integration desired. *Sr. Siebel Configurator* Same except experience to be 5+ yrs. *Siebel Call Center Admin/CCA* ü Position and Responsibility (Access Control) management. ü Employee administration as it relates to Siebel. ü Data administration including industry data, decision issue, and competitive data. ü Predefined Queries creation and management. ü Siebel Messages and Message Broadcasting management. ü Document Administration including creating templates and adding literature. ü Activity template and activity plan creation and management. ü Start-up/Shut down procedures. ü First level of support for Siebel CTI issues. ü Monitor Siebel application server tasks and log files. ü Periodic review of Siebel log details. ü Verify EIM processes/loads are executing. ü Administer assignment rules and workflow policies (does not include new development). ü Coordinate and administer Siebel application upgrades and patches for the Siebel Server, Gateway Server, Siebel Web Engine, Remote Clients, and Dedicated Clients ü Manage production environment issues including escalation of critical issues, monitoring of progress, and activities related to the release of resolutions to critical issues and interim releases (between formal projects). ü Add or Delete extension from CIM, Siebel, Add or Delete Extensions, Telesets, Agents from Siebel. ü Assign agents to telesets. ü When CT-Connect server is rebooted insure services start correctly.
