*Immediate Need .Net Developer - Rate $45/Hr * Position : .Net Developer Location : Houston, TX Duration : 6 Months
*Roles and Responsibilities:* Work as part of an Agile team utilizing User Stories and translate those requirements into technical tasks for the development team to deliver solutions Be a leader for the development team through test driven design and code. Work as a key member in a cross functional team to develop high quality coded solutions Assists in troubleshooting and resolving system problems. Participates in IT technical project development meetings and provides input on possible solutions, pit falls, and issues regarding initiatives Guide development team efforts towards successful project delivery. Proactively communicate with Project Manager on effort estimates, risks, and status. Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits. Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team. Help to ensure teams adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget. Able to prototype or mock up solutions in order to hold discussions with stakeholders Able to understand and work with Data Integration team to ensure solutions integrate per standards.
