Position : Drupal Developer Location : Rosslyn, VA Duration : 6+contract to hire Skills: Prototype functionality for internal and customer review Train and support government personal on Drupal best practices and implementation of Drupal sites Designing GUI for the websites and application and testing for cross browser computability Maintaining existing and creating new websites and providing technical assistance for troubleshooting and upgrading. Create or configure plug-ins and modules as needed. Evaluate designs, wireframes, and other deliverables during the design and user experience phase for potential development issues. Perform site-building activities, including creating and modifying views, contexts, and blocks in order to match functionality specified in wireframes and designs. Install, test, and debug contributed modules. Maintain site structure and audit site architecture for security and efficiency. Handle work in a high pressure environment while completing projects on or before deadlines. Handle all aspects of building both the front end and back end of responsive Drupal sites, including modules, themes. Skills/Education: At least 3 years Drupal experience. At least 5 years of experience working on web based development projects. Strongly skilled and experienced Web/Drupal developer with a proven talent for spotting opportunities for innovation.
