This job was filled back in May but the person is not working out and they
are going to let them go.
- Looking for a Mainframe programmer with MQ experience and understanding
of EDI Transactions
- 3 to 5 years related experience in Mainframe experience with TSO/ISPF,
Cobol, DB2, JCL, IBM Utilities, Microsoft Office Suit products, MQ Series or
equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Appropriate technical skills for supporting EDI transactions in a Lights
on Maintenance Environment Knowledge of business practices and processes in
EDI transaction processing Strong problem solving skills Excellent
communications skills (written and verbal)
*The scope of consultant involvement is as follows*:
- Planning/Analysis
- Help in setting up New Development server
- Transfer current Application / Database to New server
- Upgrade Application and Database
- Help in setting up New Production server
- Maintaining the existing CEDI Application
- Certifying new suppliers
- Documenting the existing CEDI application
- Transfer current Application / Data base to New server (Production)
- Upgrade Application and Database (Production)
