Job Responsibilities:
Ensure the delivery of application support and maintenance services for SAP
ECC 6.0 Global Application Management Services Customer:
• Planning, maintenance, coordination and reporting of the service delivery
for customer contracts across all Global Application

Management Services factories (including offshore locations)
o Steer all delivering parties (offshore factories, third parties,
resources, etc.)
o Drive team building (also identify skill requirements)
o Manage quality of service including SLAs, KPIs, compliance, etc.
o Manage cost to contract
o Continuous improvement of service delivery model
• Responsible SPoC for customer/SDM and contract for operational topics,
change requests and escalations across all factories
• Continuous improvement of customer satisfaction
• Business continuity plans

Develop the customer to establish a long-term cooperation:
• Transparency and forecasting of existing business
• Contribution to the development of the account plan for the customer
• Identification of up- and cross-selling potential across GAA portfolio
• Implement contractual changes
• Continuous improvement plan for the customer
• Contribution to presales activities and proposal processes
• Proactive management of the customer

Contributions:
• Planning and implementation of transition-projects in the factory or local
country
• Provide advice and guidance to Customers and colleagues as part of
decision-making processes.
• Direct, supervise, monitor and drive the support, testing and controlled
implementation of new application releases in line with
Customer requirements and to time and budget.
• Evaluate suggestions, policy and project papers and provide technical
impact assessments for consideration by higher management, other IT Groups
and customers/clients.
• Support the Lead CSM or Head of Customer Service Management in the budget
and planning process.

Skill Sets Required:
• Minimum 3-5 years Application Management Leadership required.
• Highly motivated and able to deal effectively with a rapidly changing
environment
• Thorough understanding of SAP systems and application management
methodologies.
• 3-5 years of SAP ECC 6.0 knowledge required
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to understand and analyze technical documentation and
materials
• Proven ability to analyze data and establish action plans based on trends
and business demand
• Ability to interact with employees and customers in a dynamic IT
environment
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Previous experience working with quality or continuous improvement
programs desired
• Preferred experience supporting process manufacturing
* ITIL experience required

Education:
Bachelors degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
