Duration: 10-12 months plus

Job Title: ETL Lead Developer/ Strong Informatica background. If they have
Pentaho PDI as well a huge plus.
- Be recognized for his/her knowledge and experience in developing and
debugging complex, challenging, and fault tolerant software in ETL Tools
such as Pentaho Data Integration, Informatica, Ab Initio, Data stage,
CoSort or FACT.
- Experience developing in other areas such as Java, C, C++, or PL/SQL.
- Demonstrate technical skills through creative design and
implementation of solutions various technologies to resolve problems.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop high performance applications which
process high volumes of data.
- Assist in the architecture, design, development, debug, optimization
and support of new and existing products through code changes per the
development schedule.
- Provide Data architecture design for Distributed Systems
- Formal and practical knowledge of relational databases—Oracle, MySQL,
SQLServer
- Manage Online Application development using full life cycle
development methodologies
- Responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting
development environments (application and client-server applications).
- Develop tests and tools to ensure the quality of our software.
- Test new and existing products in large complex environments.
- Work closely with the QA organization to identify and resolve test
issues.
- Ability to generate formal design and support documentation.
- Other duties may be required based on business necessity.
*MINUMUM QUALIFICATIONS:*
*EDUCATION: *
BS (Masters preferred) of CIS, EE -related areas- or equivalent work
experience
*EXPERIENCE:*
- Minimum 6 years experience developing high quality/ high performance
system software and enterprise-class mission critical applications.
- Background in systems programming and development of multi-threaded
asynchronous applications.
- Ability to architect SW solutions and communicate ideas, goals, and
recommendations confidently through written and verbal skills.
- Good knowledge of operating systems concepts.
- Strong background managing large data volumes in real-time and batch
applications
*REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS*
- Databases: Oracle, MySQL, PL/SQL Development,
Advanced SQL
- Tools/Development: Pentaho, Ab Initio, C#, CoSort, FACT
- Systems: Linux (Red Hat), Sun Solaris, HPUX,
MS Windows
- Scripting: KShell, BASH, Perl
- Report writing: Hyperion and OBIE administration and
report development
