*Position: System Admin (Unix & Windows)* *Location: Framingham, MA* *Duration: 6 Months* *Description:* As an OS Administrator, you will be responsible for performing a set of IT-related tasks that facilitates engineering employees’ productivity. This includes installation, testing, and implementation of engineering applications that address the needs of the global community. 2-4 years of experience supporting applications in an Engineering Environment • Strong technical skills with Windows and Unix OS environment including basic administration • Understanding of Network and Hardware fundamentals • Strong diagnostic skills • Team player with good communication & interpersonal skills *Responsibilities include:* • Escalate and work with vendors to resolve application and license installation issues. • Diagnose, research, and resolve engineering tool support tickets via a CRM system. • Install and administer numerous engineering specific applications. • Provide end user support via telephone and in-person to the Engineering community. • Participate in the maintenance of engineering operational run book.
