This experience includes documenting of a current system and documentation of the functionality of a new system. It includes experience with developing process maps and requirement documentation. Good interpersonal skills are required to work with Department staff, Governor’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) staff and vendor staff. The job requirements will be: Assess the current IVR system used by the Department. Document business processes of the current system. Work with the selected vendor for the new system in order to validate the new system and assure that all business processes are included. Develop deliverables for the project Attend weekly status meetings with Department staff and the vendor to assure deliverables are met. Assist the Project Manager in developing the OIT Project Life Cycle Model. Assist the Project Manager to assure all deliverables are met.
