*Please find the below requirement.* *Position: ATDD Tester* *Location: Strongsville, OH* *Duration:6 Months* Find candidates as close to client location as possible – phone/skype or F2F 9+ year candidates only – perfect comm skills are a must – leadership would be nice too *Required:* 1. Must be an experienced SCRUM /Agile /ATDD tester with the ability to train others on the team on testing best practices. 2. Must have knowledge of continuous integration testing concepts. 3. Knowledge of Cucumber, Gherkin or Jenkins; desired but not required. 4. Must be able to train others on testing concepts including: code coverage, writing and executing test scripts, prioritization of test cases for automation. 5. Experience with Browser Compliance test case development and execution according to MMO Standards. 6. Ability to lead, work independently or work collaboratively with team members in complex testing projects towards the overall enhancement of the product. 7. Possess excellent problem-solving skills, ability to follow industry standards and procedures for QA. *Desired:* 1. *Flexible* – able to accommodate changing priorities and amending acceptance criteria. 2. *Articulate and proactive* – needs to be able to ask valuable questions to ensure the acceptance criteria have uniform meaning to everyone. 3. *Exploratory Testing* – ability to account for many variables in an application. *Candidate Responsibilities* 1. *Effective Oral Communication* – Needs to provide continuous feedback quickly and succinctly to the project team in order to meet Sprint timelines. 2. *Listening Skills* – Needs to have the ability to focus while collaborating with an Agile Team. 3. *Training other project team members* – Must have the ability to educate the team on testing processes, tools, types of testing ,i.e., System, Integration, Regression, Functional, End to End, Acceptance, UAT, etc.), writing solid story cards & defects as well as the application of quality principles. 4. *Attend *Daily SCRUMs, stand-ups, showcase and triage meetings. *Project Detail * 1. Manual testing: creation of test cases using standard documentation methods. 2. Use of Rally, SharePoint, Excel, Word and HP Quality Center. 3. Knowledge of Agile Scrum is essential. 4. Knowledge of PEGA BPM is desired, but not required. 5.
