Develop and sustain excellent customer relationship through deep engagement and delivering continuous value by meeting customer expectations and handling issues. Responsible for analyzing all tickets and ensuring that the tickets getting closed and customer CSAT is maintained. Providing L3 support on Windows (OS, Clustering, AD) & AD. Installing and configuring Domain Controllers, Administer AD services etc.. providing role based access. High availability, DRS etc.. Adding new domain controllers to expand capacity or reseizing Firmware/Patch management for AD & Hardware Upgrade, OS Upgrade AD Backup & restore)Configuring monitoring parameters for windows/virtualization platform. Technical audit/Implementing best practices on Windows & Active Directory. Assisting team in monitoring, L1/L2 activities & incidents.
