Please do share me your hotlist also at [email protected] *Servicenow System Admin * *Bethpage, NY* *Long Term* *Phone Hire* The Senior Programmer Analyst is responsible for the timely completion of systems and programming tasks for complex or business-critical applications. These tasks might include system design, coding, testing, installation, documentation and post-installation audits, all performed in accordance with established standards. Qualifications 6 or more years of systems analysis, configuration and programming experience. 2+ years of ServiceNow experience preferred with implementation, administration, configuration. Hands on ServiceNow Technical knowledge of the following: Application Design, Analysis, Configuration, Web Services, Scripting, SOAP, Developing workflows, Extended Tables, Custom Application Development. Knowledge and experience working on Service Now modules that include: Incident, Service Request, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset Management. Administration of a Service Now instance including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items through Update Sets. Use Mid Server (JDBC), ODBC, file, webservices, email and other relevant technology to integrate tools with ServiceNow. Administer and troubleshoot deployed instances of ServiceNow. Lead planning and testing of ServiceNow Upgrades. RDMS Oracle 10g/11g/12c (including PL/SQL) with Advanced database design/modeling. Working experience with J2EE and Web Architecture: Core Java, Web Services (SOAP and RESTful), Servlets/JSP, XML, Java Script and HTML preferred. Experience with shell scripting on UNIX platforms a plus. Familiarity with Tools, such as: Eclipse IDE, JIRA, Test tools, Quest TOAD, CVS/SVN, MS Office etc. is preferred. Practical experience of software development methodologies including Agile and Waterfall. Experience in full project lifecycle including all stages of design, development and implementation of custom applications as well as the deployment of packaged solutions. Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust priorities based on workload and direction from management. Strong verbal and written communications skills.
