*Please send resume to **s...@cncconsulting.com <s...@cncconsulting.com>* Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Raleigh, NC Duration: 12 Months Direct Client Position Client: State of NC Rate: $50-55/hr on C2C *Note: Experience with “State Gov” is plus.* The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) is seeking a Business Analyst contractor for ARPS(Automated Routing and Permitting System) an approximately 12 month engagement for the Department's Engineering Application Development Unit. The Business Analyst will be responsible for operation and maintenance of a third party permitting system. This individual will be knowledgeable in all aspects of business analysis including database reporting, software troubleshooting and software modification. The individual must have proven experience with enterprise level development programs. The Business Analyst will work closely with NCDOT’s IT Manager to meet State IT requirements. Description (including, but not limited to): Troubleshooting issues with a third party permitting software running on a PC with web components Running needed ad-hoc queries against an Oracle database built by a third party vendor.
