Job Description::
Platform technology stack consists of:
- Linux/Unix
- Must have testing knowledge on backend web application server
like Apache Tomcat, Web Sphere, Web Logic, JBoss or similar
- Experience in testing of J2EE based application (Sprint,
Hibernate/JPA)
- Experience in testing of Web Services, based on REST/JSON
- Experience of testing of applications using JMS
- Should have a knowledge on test tools like SoapUI, Jmeter etc
- Must be good in QA STLC process
Additionally, the following technologies/frameworks are a plus:
- MQ (ActiveMQ, MQTT)
- Bash/Shell scripting
- Oracle RDBMS knowledge
- Redis DB experience
- Spring Reactor, Axon frameworks
Job Responsibilities
Looking for QA engineer to participate in implementation of next generation
automotive service delivery platform. On this position candidates should
expect to work with set of distributed software/hardware components
including smartphones, embedded head units in vehicles, web applications,
message brokers, etc. The main focus, however, will be on a backend
components. Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- interoperability, functional and performance testing of backend
components
- smoke testing of new releases and patches
- testing integration between components of the platform including
mobile clients, vehicles, web applications and backend components
- assisting in troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities
during UAT and in production
- frequent interaction with stakeholders from architecture and
operational teams
- Successful candidates will have an opportunity to shape new
industry of automotive infotainment and telematics, enjoy working with
cutting edge
- technologies and architecture approaches and gaining highly
relevant experience.
