Having experience with Software Development projects or Experience in a technical support role for enterprise applications environment. - Technical experience with Windows Server 2003, Citrix, Oracle, or other Client/server based applications - Understanding of client/server based applications, basic networking technologies, Citrix deployed applications. - *Working knowledge of:* Relational Database systems must be comfortable with performing SQL queries, using database tools to explore DB structure and data such as Toad, MS Access or SQL Developer. Windows Server 2003 system administration, at minimum: how to read event logs, stop and start windows services, read and write small batch files.
