Demonstrate leadership capabilities by providing direction to and mentoring for less experienced members of the staff. Maintain system and design documentation, and prepare materials for project reviews. Perform the implementation and production release phases of project. Adhere to our software development life-cycle processes and also complete documentation of business processes and systems Serve as points of contact between IT and clients, and between groups within IT Provide development support during QA and UAT phases. Periodic knowledge sharing with the team. *REQUIREMENTS * Self starter with the ability to multi-task and assess priority. The ability to adapt to an evolving business needs is essential. Prior experience assisting clients in fully defining specifications. Prior experience both leading and participating in the analysis, design and development (coding) of client/server business applications. Strong understanding of standard software development lifecycle methodologies. Strong understanding of all aspects of corporate software development; strong client, server, database, and reporting skills. Full understanding of systems composed of multiple related applications, from both software and business perspectives. Effective oral and written communications abilities. Must have excellent Java development skills (design and coding), Knowledge of and experience with Analysis and Design Patterns. Experience using UML (Unified Modeling Language) Must have prior experience in making presentations, with the proven ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Experience in data migration between systems and work flows are a plus.
