Key Job Duties: • Participate in the design and development of new and changing system specifications; • Interact with end users to verify detailed specifications when needed; • Develop thorough documentation of assignments; • Participate in detailed programming development and testing of interfaces according to specifications; • Plan and participate in the application deployment. Work closely with Help Desk and technology staff to coordinate installations of new applications if needed; • Participate in the application post implementation phase to ensure the application meets the business requirements; • Provide assistance for on-going application maintenance; • Provide suggestions to the supervisor to improve system/application performance; • Develop both technical and end user documentation; • Provide training for end users; • Evaluate operational changes that result from system implementations, provide feedback to supervisor for review.
