Position : Senior IT Support Analyst, Compliance Lead Location : Detroit MI Duration : 1 year (with potential for 2nd year) *Overview:* The Senior IT Support Analyst/Compliance Lead is the ITS technical lead accountable for ensuring the infrastructure is secure and compliant to regulatory requirements. This person performs a broad range of technical research, analysis, and technical solutioning, and works in partnership with all technology and LOB stakeholders to minimize operational risk. This person ensures timely notification and escalation of possible issues, problems, options and recommendations for prompt resolution, communicate project status, and provides timely escalation of issues. This person works independently in a senior/lead role on a diverse range of tasks and may be relied upon to coach/ educate others. He/she will routinely consult with other functional areas to provide technical expertise on area of specialization by acting as a reference on technology, trends and processes related to that area. *Responsibilities: * ·Design, review, coordinate and integrate Compliance and Life Cycle Management requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations. ·Coordinate/drive Disaster Recovery (DR) test of applications / infrastructure support technologies; assist in defining / reviewing disaster recovery plans; orchestrate data center DR testing. ·Maintain the Business Continuity plan and coordinate annual required activities. ·Identify/implement process improvements to reduce operational risk, reduce manual intervention, and/or reduce costs. ·Maintain strong knowledge repository of technology currency information particularly in the areas of Asset Inventory, Certificate Renewals, Life Cycle Management and infrastructure processes. ·Continuously enhance knowledge/expertise in services, applications, infrastructure, analytical tools and techniques that can contribute to effective compliance solution development/delivery. ·Review, participate and implement procedures. ·Perform as an active member of the Production Event Management team; communicating incident status to clients during P1 service outages.
