*Location: Monterey Park, CA*
*Duration: 6 months contract*
*Business Objects Lead*
Total Experience : 5 years or more
Requirement gathering – By interacting with the
end-customer, conducting work session.
Design / Develop / Maintain / Enhance of Business Object
reporting using XI 3.1 / 4.x from Data Warehousing Environments.
Design & Development of Universe, Reports in Business
Objects XI 3.1 / 4.x.
Development Experience in RDBMS – Oracle or SQL Server or
Similar - Min 1 year. (Table/View/Sequence/Procedure/Cursor/SQL/Aggregates)
Business Objects Administration – Job Server / Publication
Server / Processing Server monitoring, BO Instance Manager, Triggers /
Events.
Familiarity of BFS functions or finance would be good to
have, but is not a must.
Sound knowledge in Software Development LifeCycle Processes.
Should be willing to support the offshore team during night
onsite hours.
*Technical Skills Expectation *
Business Objects XI 3.1 / 4.X – minimum 5+ yrs of experience in following
client tools
WEBI Rich Client
InfoView / BI Launh Pad
Desktop Intelligence
Crystal Reports 2008 or higher
Xcelsius 2008 / Dashboard Design 4.0
Designer - Universe Design skills (minimum 4+ yrs of
extensive design and development of universe in the Dimensional Data
Warehousing environment)
Business Objects XI 3.1 / 4.X – minimum 3+ yrs of experience in following
admin tools
CMC – User / Groups (creation / modification)
CMC – Security
Events (Creation / Modification)
Multi-environment deployment experience.
