Job Title : Test Analyst IV
Location : Wilmington, DE.
Duration : 6 Months Contract
Rate  : $48/hr C2C

Job Summary:

The Test Analyst IV - PeopleSoft is responsible for the planning,

coordination, and execution of system, user acceptance, and model

office testing.
Essential Functions:
Develop and maintain Test Strategy and Test Plans.
Build and manage the overall test process, according to the QTC test

methodology.
Prepare, specify, and execute test case scenarios.
Facilitate and coordinate user acceptance testing with IT QA and

Finance business users.
Act as a liaison between IT Development, Application Support, DBA

and Financial Systems teams on system issues, enhancements and

projects.
Control and manage daily test activities.
Ability to work with concepts and work independently
Provide internal quality assurance.
Identify, report, and escalate project risks
Report on progress of the test process.
Ability to manage change during the test process and escalate
Evaluate overall test process and make recommendations for

improvements
Verification testing in production to make sure the changes was

properly installed (walk the floor to spear-head any issues that arise

from releases).
Administration of test control and statistics collection (i.e. problem

reporting, defect tracking).

Experience & Qualifications:
At least 3+ years experience in software testing / quality assurance.
2+ years of PeopleSoft testing experience.
Knowledge of Mercury tools such as Quality Center, WinRunner,

QuickTest Professional and LoadRunner.
Excellent problem diagnosis and analytical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Pro-active in resolving open issues.
High energy, Results-oriented, go-getter mentality.
Superior organizational skills
Strong knowledge and functional experience with PeopleSoft (8.x)

Financial Modules (eProcurement, Purchasing, Accounts Payable,

General Ledger, Asset Management, Cash Management and

Expense)
Knowledge of PeopleSoft (8.x)HCM Modules (eRecruit, eProfile,

eCompensation, eBenefits, Human Resources (MyHR), and Payroll)
Strong understating of nVision reporting for functional testing a plus
Ability  to write queries for testing/validating source system data
Knowledge of Internet protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS,

FTP, etc.).
Knowledge of XML-based technologies, and encryption

programming (SSL, etc.).
Knowledge of the disciplines of Software Engineering with emphasis

on testing.
Experience testing Client/Server and Web software.
Knowledge of Internet and enterprise software technologies including

web and application servers.
Efficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access,

Project, Visio).
Education and/or Certifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
B.S. Degree, Computer Science, MIS or related work experience.
2+ years experience participating in complex test programs.
