*Position : * Mobile Application Developer *Location : * Boston, MA *Duration : * 12 Months *Rate : * $47/hr *Description:* The Mobile Application Developer will be responsible for building mobile applications with geo-spatial features with a responsive UI development approach. In addition he/she will participate in customer facing meetings to gather and refine requirements and best practices for executing upon those requirements, and will be responsible for ensuring development deadlines are met. The ideal candidate has experience with responsive UI/cross platform mobile application development. Native application development on IOS and Android is not required, but certainly beneficial. *Skills:* Experience with cross platform mobile application development using Sencha ExtJS and Touch. Working knowledge of responsive UI development on mobile and web applications. Working knowledge of one or more key solution technologies including Objective-C, Java, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery Mobile, PhoneGap/Cordova, Titanium etc, Web services, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and Agile Strong knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, JSON, REST, AJAX, XML, HTTP Automated UI testing frameworks (Selenium, Silk Test, etc) Working knowledge of native application development on Android and IOS is a plus. Participate in and contribute to all phases of the SDLC Participate in and lead meetings with the clients to not only gather/refine the requirements of the project, but also make recommendations for meeting those requirements through best practices and or the most suitable technology.
