We are looking for *SAP MEB / MRS Consultant*. Details are as below. Location: *Monroe, Louisiana* Duration: *6 – 8 weeks+ / perhaps with the option to extend –* *Maintenance Event Builder (MEB/WPS1) specialist* The client has a business need to organize 500+ jobs into a short 7 day turnaround. The typical manpower requirements for these turnarounds is less than 180 people. We are looking for someone experienced in the use of the Maintenance Event Builder (WSP1) to organize these events, demonstrate how these tasks can be constrained to overlap or not overlap, and show how emergent (a.k.a. Discovery) work can be added into the schedule as it is identified. Specialist will also need to be able to show how capacity or load leveling will be performed using the SAP tool set for this turnaround. *Multi-Resource Scheduling (MRS) specialist* The client has a business need to manage the daily work assignments of a team of 30+ craftsmen, all of whom are multi-skilled (e.g. an Instrument tech is usually qualified as an analyzer tech and may also be qualified as an electrician). The client is currently able to manage the allocation of work using the limited capacity planning tools available (CM25) but needs to improve the utilization of resources and improve the capacity planning and load levelling aspects of the work. We are looking for someone experienced in the use of Multi-Resource Scheduling (MRS) to demonstrate how to use the tool to improve utilization and show how leveling and optimization can handle the rescheduling of work that had been dispatched the previous day but not completed.
