Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (contract) Duration: 3+ months Interview : phone + F2F * Organizational Readiness Contractor in Fort Lauderdale, FL (contract)* o Local candidates preferred, must have excellent communication skills MUST HAVE: Advanced communication (both written and verbal), organization, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills Especially with experience on global projects 3+ years of hands-on experience writing communications for complex IT projects Strong understanding of roles commonly played by a cross-functional IT project team that includes a project manager, business analysts, developers, QA, etc. Ability to develop a rapport with senior-level business leaders/stakeholders, maintaining a polished, professional presence while representing the Organizational Readiness team on the project A calm, “let’s get it done” attitude with a high level of resilience – the ability to quickly bounce back from temporary setbacks, sudden changes in direction, last-minute changes in the timeline, etc. Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications and other productivity tools Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, Journalism, or other degree related to writing NICE TO HAVE: Past application of change management tools and methodologies (e.g., ADKAR) to IT projects Experience on accounting systems and processes Please send me below details to submit your resume.
