*Job Description*
Looking for Tester at onsite(US) to handle the Insurance project in the
P&C domain with extensive experience in Workers Compensation and should
have worked in onsite offshore model with extensive client handling
experience in insurance domain. Should be able to support offshore team
from onsite in extended hours.
Job Responsibilities:
Should have thorough understanding on different Coverages for Workers
compensation
Should have good knowledge on Medical & Disability Income Benefits
(TPD,TTD,PPD,PTD)
Should possess good knowledge on WCOMP Rating and Classification
Should have good understanding of end to end Policy Administration System
Should have good experience in test estimation techniques
Report testing metrics to test manager that indicate status of testing,
defects, and current quality of product
Strong knowledge of preparing Test Plans
Experience in handling large teams
Able to work on onsite-offshore model
Experience with Black box testing
Able to drive defect triage meetings at the client’s location
Should be able to liaise with the business analysts during the requirement
gathering stage
Should be able understand the client’s business and work towards achieving
the client’s goals and objectives

Highly motivated, with a proven ability to work on own initiative
within a challenging work environment
Strong team player with good organization, planning and leadership
skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral/written
communication & influencing skills
Exceptional presentation, business writing and professional
