*Position : Business Analyst with SAP Success Factors * *Location : White Plains , NY* *Duration : 12+ Months * *Interview : Phone/Skype (but local is preferred to the NYC area)* *Job Responsibilities* • Augment Project Management Office (PMO) staff by assisting with PM responsibilities for SAP SuccessFactors implementation project to include: Learning Management, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Compensation, Recruiting, On-boarding / Off-boarding, Workforce Analytics and Planning. • Perform business analyst functions in support of IT initiatives. *Will perform various project analysis functions, including:* • Explore and document business processes. • Identify and document business requirements. • Develop project documentation utilizing user workshops. • Develop and prepare evaluation of request for proposal (bid) * Documents. * • May provide direction and leadership to individuals assigned to activities related to all phases of project lifecycle. • Will assist through project implementation, testing, user training, documentation, deployment, and go-live. • May be needed to fulfill project management responsibilities. This will include the scheduling, assignment, review of project work, scope change management and schedule updating. Candidate will work under PMO direction. *Job Requirement* • Expertise with implementation of *SAP SuccessFactors.* • Expertise with integration of SAP SuccessFactors with on-premises SAP ERP-HCM system would be a plus. • Experience in project management practices (PMI) and procedures including managing midsize to large projects. • Exceptional oral and written communication skills. • Self-motivated with the ability to set and meet deadlines. • Proven ability to gather and document customer requirements. • Proven facilitator of process, requirements and change management for complex projects. • Extensive experience in business process analysis. • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong attention to detail. • An understanding of technical concepts, principles and terminology and to clearly state and summarize technical information. • Ability to use Microsoft Office products including Visio and Project. • Experience in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) 2.0 preferred. • Electric Utility experience would be a plus.
