Responsibilities:
PeopleSoft Team Lead will assist with the implementation of PeopleSoft Core
HR, Position Management, and Compensation modules.
Requirements:
• Subject Matter Expert (functional) on PeopleSoft Human Capital (HCM)
release 8.9 or higher (prefer 9.1)
• 5+ years leading PeopleSoft projects as a functional lead for a PeopleSoft
Human Capital implementations for county / government
clients, including strong subject matter experience with Core HR, Position
Management, Employee / Manager Self-Service, Compensation
• Demonstrated experience conducting PeopleSoft fit gap analyses and
development of functional / technical recommendations
to utilize PeopleSoft “best practices” for Human Resource modules
• Strong PeopleSoft Workflow experience for Human Resource applications
• Project Functional Leader for at least 1 PeopleSoft HR upgrade, preferably
to release 9.1
• Excellent written / verbal communications sills
Preferred:
• Experience with PeopleSoft Modules Absence Management, ePerformance,
eLearning, HR Portal, Direct Reports functionality,
Time & Labor, eRecruitment (Talent Acquisition Management / Candidate
Gateway)
• Strong Change Management Leadership skills
• PMP certification preferred
