JOB DESCRIPTION:* Work with various business units to analyze business processes, functions, and procedures to determine the most effective business system/software solutions to meet the needs of the business unit objectives with respect to cost estimates, date commitments, and functionality. Elicit/create/refine business requirements, and define functional specifications and objectives based on business requirements. Act as liaison across various businesses units between systems software development staff, management, and system end-users to determine requirements.
